The SURETHERM PRO 1X-P is the pivoting version of TM Induction Heating’s heavy-duty SURETHERM PRO platform, built for controlled heating of large bearings and ring-shaped components. It offers the same industrial capacity as the PRO 1X, delivering reliable, tension-free heating for parts up to 400 kg while improving handling for larger workpieces.
Key functions include dual-sensor heating and ramp mode, giving you precise control over temperature and heating gradients to protect metallurgical structure. The industrial touchscreen supports easy setup, real-time monitoring, and heating graph display. USB export enables documentation of heating cycles, and firmware updates are supported across the product’s life cycle.
Designed for industrial production and maintenance environments, the SURETHERM PRO 1X-P focuses on ergonomics and workflow efficiency. The pivoting yoke design helps position heavy components with less effort, making it a practical choice when you need high capacity, repeatability, and safer handling in daily operation.
The following yokes are included with SURETHERM PRO 1X-P: 80 x 80. Additional yoke sizes are listed in our Datasheet. Two magnetic temperature sensors with a length of 1000 mm are included as well.
The SURETHERM PRO 1X-P can also be supplied on a trolley (optional), so the device can be used on different locations in the workplace.
