The SURETHERM PRO 1X is the heavy-duty industrial model in TM Induction Heating’s SURETHERM range, built for controlled heating of large bearings, gears, and other ring-shaped components. It is designed for higher loads and larger diameters, delivering reliable, tension-free heating for parts up to 400 kg in demanding industrial environments.
Key functions include dual-sensor operation and ramp mode, enabling precise thermal control and repeatable heating cycles. The industrial touchscreen supports fast setup, real-time monitoring, and heating graph display. Cycle data can be exported via USB for documentation, and firmware updates are supported throughout the product’s life cycle.
Designed for production and maintenance departments, the SURETHERM PRO 1X prioritizes robustness and predictable performance. The fixed yoke design supports stable handling of heavy workpieces, and optional transport or table solutions help integrate the unit into your workflow where consistent results and operator efficiency matter.
The following yokes are included with SURETHERM PRO 1X: 80 x 80. Additional yoke sizes are listed in our Datasheet. Two magnetic temperature sensors with a length of 1000 mm are included as well.
The SURETHERM PRO 1X can also be supplied on a trolley (optional), so the device can be used on different locations in the workplace.
