After 32 years founders handover innovation leader in shrink-fit technology
Eindhoven/Harderwijk, The Netherlands, October 2024 – Dutch industrial accelerator Include Industries has added the third so called ‘small champion’ to its group. After 32 years, the Loedeman family, founders of TM Induction Heating, transferred ownership of their global innovation leader in induction heating-based shrink-fit equipment to Include Industries. The owners of Include Industries, Ilko Bosman and Daan Kersten will grow the company together with its existing General Manager Rik van Dijk and strengthen the position as a niche player in assembly solutions for motion and drive technology. Both their standard and custom-fit systems are used in mounting and dismounting of (electrical) drive systems, wind turbines and industrial bearings for general machine building.
From its inception in 1992, TM Induction Heating has built an impressive product portfolio of energy efficient standard induction heaters that are marketed with the TM brand as well as with logos of global leading bearing manufacturers. Moreover, an innovative range of customer specific solutions is developed for shrink-fit assembly of parts of electrical motors, large transmissions of wind turbines and fully automated production lines for the automotive and aerospace industries. TM Induction Heating sells its products both directly and via a global network of distributors and service partners. Include Industries enables the founders, Tim and Marjanne Loedeman, to enjoy a well-deserved retirement while their company and team of highly specialized professionals enter a new phase of life.
