EASYTHERM 30

The Easytherm 30 is the highest-capacity model in TM Induction Heating’s Easytherm series, built for controlled heating during installation of large bearings and ring-shaped parts in heavy-duty environments. It supports workpieces up to 300 kg with a maximum outer diameter of 660 mm, making it the right fit when capacity and repeatability are key.

Key functions include Temperature Mode with sensor control from 0°C to 240°C, plus Time Mode for consistent cycle times in production work. Standard Auto Demagnetizing and Temperature Hold support clean, predictable results, especially when you need stable temperature during handling and mounting.

Designed for intensive workshop and production use, the Easytherm 30 stays robust, easy to operate, and maintenance-free. A trolley is available as an option for easier moving and positioning, and the unit remains suitable for sealed, shielded, and pre-greased bearings, including bearings with polyamide cages.

The following yokes are included with Easytherm 30:
80 x 80. Additional yoke sizes are listed in our Datasheet. A magnetic temperature sensor with a length of 1000 mm is included as well.

The ET30 can also be supplied on a trolley (optional), so the device can be used on different locations in the workplace. The trolley is designed to store the different yokes.
