Shortly before New Year, TM welcomed a new addition to the workplace, namely the STYLE BT2000. This is the fourth machine acquired through this manufacturer, which indicates how satisified we are with STYLE. A full description of the machine can be found here: STYLE BT2000.
The BT2000 is now our largest CNC milling machine and is proving its value thanks to the increasing demand for special applications with deviant measurements. The Wind Power industry, for example, is known for the use of parts with extreme measurements. This milling machine makes it possible for us to mill large coils (with a diameter of more than a metre) out of one piece for such large projects. 
Furthermore, the new software enables an improved and faster workflow where the prototyping for these projects and testing of new applications is concerned.
At the moment we are working with a large manufacturer of windmills to develop such a customized solution. More information on this project will follow very soon on our blog.
This machine also makes it possible for us to process larger series than we were able to in the past. In this way we can work with our own supplies with no loss of quality. TM Induction Heating always focuses on the in-house manufacture of our own products, even when it comes to our standard series. In this way we guard the quality of our products from beginning to end.
